Our Story
Welcome to Rest In Paradise. This space was started to provide a place for people to remember their loved ones, and share those memories with the world. We envisioned this to be a place of growth, where grief can be transformed into happiness. A place that where we can reflect on the good times that were had, and to connect with others to share those special memories.

Why did we start?
From the founder - One day I saw a funeral procession in which people were wearing shirts with the name of their loved-one printed on it. I was very impressed by the show of love and solidarity, but was left wondering who this loved one was, and why were they loved so much. I wanted to know more about this individual.
But short of asking a grieving family member they had no way quick way of finding out. That's where the idea for this site was born. I wanted to create a site where the memory of a loved one could be shared with the world. I also wanted to create a place where people could come together to support each other, finding strength and community. This website is intended to be dynamic, and grow, so that their memories can live on as they once did.
